I have 5 gal of the bee cave pale ale I made that I put on the back porch to cold crash. I used nottingham yeast. I didn't get a chance to bottle do to my girl being hospitalized for the last 2 weeks. It has been at a temp of around 33*F for 3 weeks now. Do you think there will be enuff active yeast to carb it or should I add some to the bottleing bucket?
