    Suggestions/feedback/recipes appreciated!!

    I have a Saison in the primary for a couple for weeks now and want to rack something new onto the 3711 cake that will be leftover. Ok..so another Saison but change it up by adding..maybe some Apricot puree into the primary and hell maybe even sour that? What yeast would I add to sour it and...

    My first back to back 5G brews . I lift an pour everyting and and I have to say...my back hurts. LOL.. I don't wanna come off as a wuss or anything ...but I do believe I will need to build/buy a sculpture. Lifting water/wort gets tiresome ay 52!

    Belgian Quad

    I brewed a PM Belgian Quad from AHS. The kit suggested OG to be 1.098, I came close, 1.098 @ 80 degrees which put it at 1.100. Pitched the suggested amount of yeast from Mr. Malty, took about 12 hours to kick in then went wild. Ambient temp was 75 which, from what i've read, is ok with this type...

    Help! Is my yeast spoiled

    First Batch coming along nicely!! have one followup question

    So my first ever batch is an extract kit from midwest a Furious clone. I brewed it 12 days ago - Sunday 3/22. The OG was great @ 1.068. I left it alone to ferment at a temp of 68 and today opened it for the first time to measure. It's dead on @ 1.016!! drank the sample and it tastes great...

    First brew and need some kettle advice

    Okay, so I'm all set to do my very first brew this weekend...an IPA extract kit with some steeped grains. I have a huge 60qt aluminum stockpot so I'm totally stoked about doing full boils. So of course the first thing i do is clean the pot and do a test run...first to get that nice coating on...
