    Adding spices

    removing a keg

    I have a half keg of carbonated Dopplebock that I would like to remove from the keggrator and store for a week or so in a refrigerator the put back in the kegerator. Any problem with this and how long can I keep in in the refrigerator

    Dopplebock

    I have a case of Dopplebock that did not carbonate. I was thinking about gently pouring it into a bucket and setting in outside (temps in the 20's) or the freezer. Then put it through a strainer. Then into a keg for a few months just to see what I come up with. Any Ideas

    CO2 out

    Right in the middle of set and forget carb of a cherry cream ale and have a Dopplebock on tap. The CO2 runs out and I can't get another for 3-4 days. Any problems and any thing I need to do to get the beers back to normal

    rain water

    How sterile is rain water. Weather man said no rain. He lied. Good thing it started at hot break and kept the foaming down. Stopped with 10 minutes left in the boil so I think I'm OK
