Right in the middle of set and forget carb of a cherry cream ale and have a Dopplebock on tap. The CO2 runs out and I can't get another for 3-4 days. Any problems and any thing I need to do to get the beers back to normal

You should assume that the tank let in co2 prior to running out. You can disconnect both the gas line and beer lines and assume that the beer will sit on gas until you refill. There are 2 ass u me pieces in there. I assume there are no leaks at your keg posts or lid .. yes? If it only carbed to half a volume prior to gas running out, it should sit at half a volume until you get more gas on it.

No leaks I think I sprayed every thing with star san to detect leaks. Just went to check how the carb was coming and it wasn't. Then poured Dopplebock and it was slow then nothing
