Set up a pretty hobbled together direct fire HERMS and this was the first run. An all grain blonde ale kit from my LHBS. Used gelatin in the keg and it's the clearest I've ever gotten. Efficiency wasn't much better but maybe a few points, around 76%. Overall really happy with this one.
