    I have never had a stuck mash, ever, and I have a corona mill and generate a good amount of flour, and have brewed huge beers many times (20+ pounds per 5 gal batch)

    I spray the peppers, knife, cutting board, and silicon mixing bowl with star San, cut em up, place in mixing bowl, and dump them in, the inside of the peppers should be sterile

    Getting 10 gals from a 7 gal kettle

    Has anyone tried watering down like 6 gals of really high gravity wort into 10 gals of a light beer? I have a party coming up, I need 10 gals, my capacity is 5 gals, but would like to try to knock it out in one brew. Is this a terrible idea?

    Son of fermentator question

    My biggest problem is my basement is too cold (55-65 throughout the year). I want to make a cart where the bottom half is an insulated SOF hybrid. I want to use a fermwrap to heat, and I'd like to use two computer fans to cool, one blowing in, one blowing out, and and stc-1000 to control it all...

    I started cold crashing after primary fermentation is finished, then moving to secondary and dry hopping. This way, I clear as much yeast from my beer, but not the hop oils. Best of both worlds.
