    Treating mash and sparge water at the same time

    Do any of you treat all of your water at the same time? What program do you use to calculate salt additions? I have EZWater program and thought I could say the mash water quantity is the total volume I would use to both mash and batch sparge. For info I start with RO water. Thanks for any help.

    Bourbon Porter

    I've got a bourbon porter in the keg that won't carb up. I've tried increasing the CO2 pressure up to 30 lbs and still no results after 3 weeks. Anybody got a solution? Maybe add some DME? I'm lost, and its just too flat a little sweet to leave as is.

    trouble Carbonating

    I brewed a bourbon vanilla porter (thanks Denny) and have it in the keg. Its been several days now and still very little carbonation, basically no head/foam. Pressure has been 25psi. Anybody have this problem or a clue to what is wrong? Never had a beer take this long.
