I've got a bourbon porter in the keg that won't carb up. I've tried increasing the CO2 pressure up to 30 lbs and still no results after 3 weeks. Anybody got a solution? Maybe add some DME? I'm lost, and its just too flat a little sweet to leave as is.

Sounds like a mechanical issue vs the beer just won't take to carbonation. Check your lines and your regulator? Try the purge valve.

Definitely mechanical as water would be carbed at this point. Lift the relief valve is there pressure in the keg? As you do that you should hear co2 hissing in the regulator, if not work backwards as you are not getting and co2 in the keg.
