    Very very nice. Starting mine tomorrow. How far apart did you drill the tap holes? Why only 3 taps? What material did you use to build the tower? I have 1x6 and 1x8 poplar not sure what size or what dimensions I should make it. Thanks for the help.

    Yeast recommendations please

    White labs super San Diego. Super fast acting yeast. Clean finish. Drop a 1.080 to 1.020 in about 2 days. Make a starter for sure. 001 is also good but as above, make a starter 1500 ML or whatever. I use 1/2 lb dme and a couple cups of water a day before. Don't really measure... Sent from...

    Blonde Ale Bombshell Blonde Ale
