Do you all think that the air gap in my hose could case oxidation issues in those beers? Maybe the air gap was full of CO2 dissipated from the beer itself?

Should I wait longer? Let me know!

So my question is at an average temp of 78' (I'm in AZ) for just the bottle conditioning, how much more sugar should I add per bottle. I know that tool that @myndflyte told me about but some sugars already got eaten. Do I reduce the amount of sugar added? Or just put full amount of sugar...

Cool ok. It will be three weeks tomorrow bottle carbing and I'm gonna let one sit in the fridge for a couple days then try it. If it has a small amount of carbonation should I reduce the amount of sugar added?

If I do need to recarb, how would I go about doing this? Carb tabs maybe? Or just keg and force carb? Any ideas?

Yes they are warm for the carbonation. Ok only for cold for the cold crash. Thank you for all your help!

I have seen a couple great deals from best buy. Kinda weird me out that when you click the link it brings up a more expensive one. I even searched for the $160 one and it brought me to a $190 one hahaha

It definitely has an anti-condensation loop. The seal around the door gets warm. I tried to find blueprints and I can't either. I just really don't want to kill the fridge but at this point I can only use one side. I have the one side at around 63 and the freezer side is anywhere from 35 to 45 lol

I have a side by side fridge that I would like to dremel out some of the center wall so I get even temp on both sides so I can ferment on both. I'm worried that there are lines that run in the middle of the center wall. Any help?
