I just found a 9 month old bottle of this that I must have misplaced. The rest was drank a looooooong time ago and very good. The 9 month bottle is unreal. Definately top two or three of my 30 or so batches.

As you have some 2013 BCBS I dont suppose you would be interested in some 2014 but please let me know if im wrong. Interested in the KBS (long shot I know). Or if there is any Chicago stuff I can get that you cant.

I wold do a fermentation chamber out of a chest freezer and a sct-1000 temp controller. Controlling my fermentation temps has been the biggest improvement I have made in my home brewing. You could easily build it for $150 or so and there are a million build threads on this site.

I havent had one in a week or so. They were gettting really good but still a little green. I will throw one in the fridge now and try to post results tomorrow.

At 14 days in the bottle the yeast probably have not compacted very well. I wouldn't worry. Another week or two and the problem will be gone.
