    Thanks all for the advice. I slapped a blow-off tube on the primary after getting the mass of replies, and it is still producing CO2... So I'm hoping I caught it in time. Either way... A learning experience for sure! Thanks again! Cheers!!

    Started an IRA two Thursdays ago. Took a reading of 1.012 last Friday (8-days in). Racked to a secondary on Sunday, adding a dash of cinnamon. Within 6-hours... the airlock started to bubble.     Thank you for the input! This brew has been in primary for a little over a week, and the recipe called for approx. 10-14 days fermentation... So I am looking to go to the high end of the recommended, but am still on the fence about using a secondary or sticking with just the primary.
