    So I found a good used bottle tree on craiglist and used it the other day. Have to say this was probably my best beer brewing purchase to date. No more knocking down drying bottles, makes bottling way easier, should have bought one earlier. It held 22oz bombers just as well as regular bottles...

    Question - Getting 2 gal cooled wort to fermentor

    Hi, I brew about 2 gallons at a time and found pouring my wort out of a 12 quart pot to basically be a spilly nightmare (it sticks to pot, pours off bottom for the first half of the pour). Should I siphon with my mini siphon (and will that help aerate it too)? Looking for suggestions...

    Bottle Conditioning / Carbing - allow more time? or less?

    Just a general question, have you found that your beer tastes better or worse when you let it carb up for longer before putting it in the fridge? For example does 6 weeks make it taste better than 3 weeks? or is it pretty much the same at this point.

    Wheat Beer Question - to drink sediment or not?

    Normally with a commercial wheat beer, they are best when you mix the sediment in either with a vertical pour right into a glass (and a slow stir to the top) or a hyper stir of the last oz or so to top off the beer in your pint glass.
