Hi,
I brew about 2 gallons at a time and found pouring my wort out of a 12 quart pot to basically be a spilly nightmare (it sticks to pot, pours off bottom for the first half of the pour).
Should I siphon with my mini siphon (and will that help aerate it too)?
Looking for suggestions based on your experiences...I don't have a brew kettle with a pouring nozzle or a wort chiller because the batches are small (maybe one day).
