I'm not asking whether this is a good idea or not but more of an if I did this, what would the alcohol content be... So say I had a beer start at 1.069 and then ferment down to 1.017, that would give me about a 7.2% beer. If I then pour the beer over a fruit juice and it brings it up to 1.030...

There is one shutoff valve between the regulator and manifold and four shutoff valves on the manifold and the kegs. One shutoff valve for each keg.

Thanks, got it and used it, it ended up being great, exactly what I needed. Perfect height to have it drain into my cooler mash tun, boil kettle and then fermentation buckets. Did not have to use windscreen, it attaches separately.

Yeah, I only use stainless on anything that is going to potentially touch my beer at some point.
