Haven't found this in my search. But does anyone have a recipe for a nice spicy ginger beer. I need something low sugar or zero sugar as I am being told I have high sugars....I will be force carbing in a 5g keg. Any help is appreciated

Does anyone know if someone on Arizona has connections? That would be easier to get there as I have family in Phoenix and could pick it when o visit. Just a thought.

Great looking setup!! How did you end up doing the bottom? By that i mean did you build a frame and attach casters or did you leave it to rest on the floor?

I used a grill grate myself! Worked great! Strapped it down with metal ties for added security! My first batch on the new one toppled over.... Freinds now wanna call my brewery spillway.

Scotched- Yeah it was the burner and Keggle mix. Keggle doesn't have a flat bottom and was barley resting on one of the corners. I have bought a BBQ grate to go over the unit to see if that will suffice if not I will require some help welding!

I have just purchased this one and tried on Sunday. Me and my buddy thought the keggel on the burner was sturdy.... Well we were wrong as it slipped right off in middle of the process. 8 gallons down the drain. I think I will use the idea of a grill top and some metal clasps...

Yeah I am actually looking at picking up kegs from him on his next trip. 35 dollars a pop though. I would hope he pressure checks these things there.... not sure. I know he said he replaces the seals before hand.
