Well, once everything settled out in the starters the number of yeast cells in the Abbaye were much greater than the US-05 so both were pitched Saturday night. Then, yesterday I had to replace the airlock on the Abbaye yeast with a blow off tube! These Belgian yeasts are crazy fermenters...

Well, just called Roberts and a 5# exchange is $24.41. Rep said an exchange is an exchange, which is good since my tank is out of cert. This appears to be a good way to get a certified tank I can take elsewhere to refill cheaper next time ;-)

I'm looking closest to Fairfax, so I guess Roberts is my best bet... will inquire about pricing (I think I have a 7# tank?). Currently running on my backup tank! I last filled it at Scotty's in Alexandria, but that was when I lived close, and it was more convenience than anything else.
