So the recommended temp is 70 to 95 degrees. Now thats its December in Pittsburgh I was going to put the fermentor on my second floor of my house which should be about 72 degrees. Question is, would I be able to put it next to a heater vent to make it a little warmer?
Are these psi's recommended by the calculator what the psi should be set at for the "set and forget" method of carbonation? How long do you usually have to keep it at this pressure before its ready to drink? Also should this be the serving psi as well? Thanks.
