For Sale Ss Brewtech 10Gal 3 vessel eBrewing RIMS system + more Cincinnati OH

This is the system I purchased https://www.ssbrewtech.com/products/ebrewing-3v-system?variant=17239940923463 It...

Tennessee Any other brewers in Knoxville?

What part of Knoxville? I just cleaned up my homebrew equipment and started brewing again. There is a large homebrew club called Tennessee Valley Homebrewers, a quick google will give you some good info. I live closer to Oak Ridge than to Knoxville so I'm not part of that club, but i'm looking...

    Pump head rotation?

I'm going to mount the pump on a vertical surface, so instead of rotating the pump head, I will actually be rotating the body of the pump. The head will be oriented the same way as it is in this picture. I was more concerned with any mechanical issues with rotating the head relative to the...

    Pump head rotation?

Hiya fellas. I just picked up this Mark II pump from proflow, and I'm wondering if any of the engineers in here see a problem with me rotating the pump head 90 degrees in order to have the outlet lie parralel to the surface I'm going to mount it on. First post from my phone so sorry if there...

    Present from You Know Who

She says she will find a pretty handle for the never-ending tap of SWMBO Cider I will be providing in return for my brand new 630s.

    Secondary headspace and oxidation

I think that's more akin to smoke than to fog...... but maybe it depends on what you've been eating? Maybe it will help some folks to think of O2 and CO2, etc being different colors. Instead of creating colored layers, they blend together to make a new color.

The Adventure Begins... Home Bar Build

Build looks fantastic! Love the style and the creativity and can only imagine the awesome atmosphere it's going to create in that part of the house. That being said, it seems like a pretty large climb for the beer to make from the basement all the way up to another floor. Do you anticipate...

    Windsor Yeast

It flocculated quite well for me as well (also a Brown ale) however, it didn't attenuate as well as I would have liked. I think it finished somewhere in the neighborhood of 1.030, and I would have liked closer to 1.020 or slightly higher. The brown is good, nice warm toasty flavor to it, and...

    Need something clean and fruity

Another idea might be S-04. I've used it most recently with a partial mash cider (Mike's Caramel Apple with a few changes) and with a blonde that I split into 2 secondaries (1/2 on strawberries for SWMBO and 1/2 dry hopped) and it works just as you described. Clean, flocs well, and definitely...

    Beer line length

It shouldn't. There are a couple calculators you should be able to google to figure out how much line you need based on several factors. The PSI of the keg you are serving from, the pressure drop from the size of your beer line, and the height above the keg where you will be serving (sounds...

    Beverate Elements

+1 for Beverage Elements. I just received 2 used ball lock kegs from them, along with QD's and new O-ring packs. Both kegs shipped quickly, and arrived pressurized with a few inches of sanitizer in them. No leaks, no issues. One of them was a root beer keg (you could still smell it) but...

    Goodbye

It does look pretty sketchy, but I honestly don't think the DEA is that smart.

    Goodbye

UPS and FedEx are profit ventures. USPS is managed by the Federal Government, and should be held accountable at a higher standard. Here's a picture of the hops I purchased off eBay and had shipped via USPS. I received it today. It was shipped last Monday with an estimated delivery date of...
