heres a thought i have a mini fridge that has separate doors for fridge and freezer. ive been considering knocking out the divider between the freezer and the fridge. only thing stopping me is i cant tell if there are cooling coils between the two sections. knock that out and your entire fridge...
the reason im asking is because you can taste it in the beer as well. take my last beer i made with it. 8 das in primary, 11 in secondary, 15 days in bottle. i dont think its too young and its fermenting out
ive noticed when using notty yeast that my beers develop a stinky smell. closest smell i can pin it to is a nasty fart. kinda noticeable in the fermenter but very noticable in the bottle but dissapates if left to sit for an extra week or two. ferm temp is usually around 65 ish.

oh my god this stuff is amazing. still a little on the sweet side so i will let it go for a bit longer. i can always back sweeten, the spices are just right, never actually saw action on the airlock but there are signs of a krausen and the sample was"fizzy" ill check it again on monday and see...
