    Starting us05 out cold?

    I've since brewed a dozen badges with u s 05 fermented in the high 50s and they all have turned out great. I love the peach notes in these big IPAs. They can take a couple of days to take off but have always been fine for me.

    My wife passed away

    Welcome back man. I haven't lost a spouse but I've lost just about everyone else close to me(parent/best friend/sibling) all long before their time. All I can say is to keep busy and forget the bad times, remember the good. Time will help.

    Brewed this a few months ago. It tasted horrible at bottling. Cracked a couple over the weekend and they're amazing. They wake you up too!

    3 FLoyds Zombie Dust attempt. Help/info requested

    So it's in the keg and tastes amazing. Not really a clone as I used 1/2 Amarillo and 1/2 Citra in all my additions. I get mango/grapefruit with some dank.

    Agreed. Kegging an IPA is an awesome process. Keeping it cold right off the dry hops retains so much aroma.
