    Couple Ingredient Questions

    So couple of questions for my next brew. well attempt at next brew. What would I use to get a Nutty Taste. I am making a honey nut oats or attempting to. Second. For the honey. Do I add it to the boil or at fermentation and about how much? I am doing a 5 gallon brew.

    my temp was about 68 to 70. It varied during the day but never about 70. Guess ill have to go cooler
