Uhh, I think this one calls for fermcap

Lots and lots of hops in this one so I over sized this batch. Black line is 5 gallons. I told my self to stop racking about an inch lower, but i just couldn't dump the goodness. This pic is only 15 hours from pitching, fermentation still in early stages. I don't thin my blowoff tube will be a match
I hope to keg 5 gallons and any remaining into a few bombers for my first ever try at bottling.

On a side note, I bought some of those carbonation drops a while back for an instance like this. Anyone use them before? Basically just little candi sugar balls you just drop in a bomber and rack on top?

Absolutely man, I use them all the time. I love them. When I bottle I do it straight from my SS bucket/valve and don't want to deal with a bottling bucket, so the pills are it for me!

Recently though, I read on here about these and I just tried it over the past couple weeks and they're also awesome!!
