I am not able to locate torrified wheat any where near me. But I do have an unopened bag of puffed wheat. Ingredients list whole grain wheat and nothing else. Is this really the same thing? There is no husk on it if that matters.
I can take pictures when I get home from work.
If it is torrified wheat do I mill it before mashing? And will a cereal rest be needed? I'm only wanting to use a very small amount for head retention.
