Single barrel fermentation

To move closer to single barrel brewing I'm in the market for a fermenter. What size would meet my needs. Would a 35 or 40 gal fermenter be more desirable?

go 40gal, give yourself the extra headspace for fermentation. i'm guessing the cost for the extra 5gal is minimal.

Thanks for the reply. I did get the 40 gal. This is a rotomold conical from spraysmart. I was passing by there and was able to pick up the tank and avoid shipping. I Still need to install the thermowell and sample port as well as the basic plumbing for the drain but that shouldn't be too difficult.

Later this spring I anticipate putting together a chiller for maintaining my ferment temps.
