Anyone try the new Lagunitas oops I mean Sierra Nevada hop hunter ipa? It's really good! I think I found my new favorite beer!

Havent had it yet. Im currently enjoying their Hoppy Lager beer camp 2015 offering. It's pretty good if you dig lagers.

I just got my hands on this in Chicago. Bottled about 2 weeks ago. It's a beautiful beer. I'm wondering what hops are in this?

Sierra Nevada posts their hops on their website for all their beers...

YEAST Ale yeast
BITTERING HOPS Magnum, Millennium
FINISHING HOPS Cascade, Crystal, Simcoe
MALTS Two-row Pale, Caramel, Flaked Oats
OTHER Farm Distilled Hop Oil: Cascade, Centennial, CTZ

ALCOHOL CONTENT 6.2% by volume
BEGINNING GRAVITY 14.0° plato
ENDING GRAVITY 2.5° plato
BITTERNESS UNITS 60

AND - they have a video about hop oil... pretty cool http://www.sierranevada.com/beer/year-round/hop-hunter-ipa

They are listing it on the bottom of six packs as a year round beer which is great, when I first tried a bottle I figured it would be a seasonal release. I haven't seen 6 packs at the local grocery stores in central oregon but my local bottle / homebrew shop carries them at under $8 a sixer if I buy on Fridays. It is an incredible IPA at that price point.

My go to IPA when I hit the store.. good taste/price ratio. Love it.

I love SN but that extract hop taste is not my thing. The hoppy lager in the other hand, excellent. Like a variation of Summerfest.

The white label IPA in their current variety pack of IPAs is a great beer as well.
