Is there any con to doing a secondary in a keg? Also, if I were to transfer from primary to keg, purge the O2, leave a couple pounds of CO2 head pressure and keep it at room temp for a week or 2 or 8, is that not the same thing as a secondary? Then when I put it in my keezer, it chills, is that not the same function of cold crashing? I just toss the first pint. Is my thinking off on any of this?
