Hi guys

Planning on brewing with the Yeast Bay Saison and Brett blend. Fairly simple recipe:
- 1.050OG all Pilsner malt
- 20IBU bittering (Challenger or Perle) plus 7-10 IBU at 15m of Celeia (Styrians).
- I'll add another ounce of Celeia mid fermentation for haze and aroma.

I'll ferment it for a couple of months. Any tips / changes? Looking at a fairly dry, light, tart Saison.

Ended up going for the above plus 1/10th of an ounce of patent malt to help with the aging. Went for 115ppm SO4 and 3ml lactic (88%). I guess that should enhance the dryness just enough.
