Does PBW/Oxyclean, hot water and sanitizer adequately take care of tubing used in brewing?

I have a transfer tube from kettle to fermenter, blow off tubing and auto siphon tubing plus a short piece to connect bottle wand to bottling bucket. No infections but I've wondered if I should replace them all periodically.

I'm pretty sure food grade tubing has small enough pores that nothing can really get in there and cause a problem. As long as you're using food grade tubing and you're cleaning and sanitizing you shouldn't need to replace it unless it gets split or cut on the inside, which would provide a place for bacteria to get stuck.
