Has any one brewed an orange hopped ginger beer?
Have an idea for a brew..
Landed up getting some input from a local brew shop
And but saw forum and figured why not ask for some advice.....
Carared malt...100g
Carahell malt ...200g
Catapults malt...200g
+Steeped in 5L of hot water + (plus minus 30min)
Then steep 30g of dried orange peel and 200g grated ginger
in hot water
In 2l of hot water disolve
1kg African dried malt extract
300g beer enhancer.
300g LME.
Make that up to 10l
Yeast....?
Hops ....? Dry hopping post fermentation?
Secondary 200g fresh ginger grated..
Plus some tataric acid or citric acid
Priming?
