My lord is this beer good. I totally recommend it. Og was about 1066 FG 1013. Sweet/smokey taste in the beginning then a nice smooth burn in the back of your throat in the end. I cut 5-6 chipotle peppers and put them in a muslin bag for 4 days. This results in the perfect heat for me. Great beer for a cold winter season too. Today I will be racking to my keg. Should be ready in 3 days.

P.S.

Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this. I haven't been on this site in a while :)

My fil just ordered this kit. It's a little pricey for a all grain. It does have a lot of specialty grains. I may order the ingredients and make it. It looks good.

I pieced together the ingredients at my LHS. It cost me about $30 plus yeast.
