I am still a newbie around here. I brew all grain and recently moved to 10 gallon batches. I have several beers using recipes I've found here with great success. I haven't really found a definitive witbier recepie that will get me close to an Allagash white style that I am shooting for. I combined a few recipes and kinda made my own. I don't have beer smith yet but I wanted to try my own recipe so I could pick up the ingredients tomorrow. I just wanted to get some advice from some of the resident experts here. So any suggestions or advice you can give a novice would be awesome.
