I want to get into brewing Saisons. I have never done one, but I live in South Florida and my house is a consistent 73-75 inside so I figure it would be perfect for a saison. Does anyone have a good "intro-to-saisons" recipe they could share that I could leave to ferment out of my temp controlled room where I have my ale's going?

Jamil Z's recipe in Brewing Classic Styles is always a good place to start.

90% Belgian Pils
5% Munich
5% Wheat

Wyeast 3711

Hop to your liking... If you want more old school use noble hops otherwise hit it with some American hops.
