What are your thoughts? I like partigyle brewing and want to up my game volume wise so I need a MLT that can handle such a grist bill. What are the pro's and con's for a cooler vs a kettle on a burner?

I got a 42 qt coolman exrtreem cooler the only time I have filled it I was brewing a Russian imperial stout it had about 25lbs of grains for a 5 gal brew. But other then that I am around 2/3full for 5-10gal batches.

I don't see a reason not to use one of those 100 quart rectangle coolers. 25 gallons should be plenty for 15 gal batches
