Okay... I love kegging. I love the control and predictability and the fact that I really don't know how much I have been drinking until I hear the sad gurgling of an empty keg.

That said... I would like the option of bottling.

I use 5 Gallon Sankey kegs. (Not that it really matters I guess.)

I would like to have a system that if I was in the mood I could bottle a few here and there. So... does anyone see a problem with this idea?

Put a "Y" on top of the sankey tap. One to the faucet and one to a CPBF. (Of course I need to split the gas for the CPBF.

Keep the CPBF in some sanitizer in between bottle fills.

Any thoughts...anyone doing just that?

Don't know how I missed that. That looks great, thanks!

I had already have a CPBF on order, but I could order a new faucet and get that going...seems a lot easier.
