Sankey Coupler to Faucet

Does anyone know of a subby way to put a faucet on a sankey keg? I'd love to not have a plastic picnic tap in the kegerator. I know tall ones exist like https://www.kegworks.com/picnic-pump-rod-only/

I suppose I could use a 90 adapter to a mfl tailpiece and then a normal female flare to faucet but that seems like not a strong solution.

Sure but the entire reason I went to Sankhe kegs is to get rid of the ball lock adapters. Had a nice mess after a slow leak on the post oring flattened.
