Brewer's will bring their equipment to Forest City Brewery and be given a secret ingredient that they have to brew with. They'll have 1 hour to formulate a recipe around the ingredient and purchase the grain, hops, and yeast available and begin brewing. We'll have the judging and ceremony on June 11th to crown Cleveland's Iron Brewer! Last year we had 26 batches of beer brewed and I hope to exceed that and have even more fun this year! Lot's of raffle prizes will be handed out as well,$1 per ticket and $5 for 6 tickets.
Each competitor will receive a special event T-Shirt with logo for the event and sponsors.
