Age of Yeast pack?
Temperature of starter?
Did you use a stir plate/intermittent shake/oxygen or what?

Based on your answer you will have between 550 bn and 1.2 trilliion cells give or take a couple.

It depends. How old was the smack pack? How did you aerate the starter wort?

You probably have on the order of 500 billion. Just a guess. Wyeast has a step-up starter calculator that might give you a better idea:
