After fermentation died down, I racked from a primary to a secondary. Since then, pressure in the fermenter has continued to build up. I released it a couple of times (including when I added fresh ginger), but the pressure inside keeps building up until the top is in an almost "popped" position. Shouldn't fermentation be over? Is this normal? I've never had this happen before. Even if it was infected with bacteria, I would think they shouldn't be producing anything (gas) that could cause pressure.

Thoughts?
