Just wanted to give an official hello and thanks to the members of this forum - Ive been lurking around this place for years, and figured it was time to contribute - Ive been doing AG brewing now for about 5 years, and have probably dealt with every issue known to man...but with much trial and error comes great beer (eventually)

I am a biologist by occupation, so if anyone is looking for yeast culturing info or just general brewing science...I might be able to help (no guarantees)
