Today I started the cold crash, drained the trub, and opened up the fermentor to add the gelatin. This allowed me to get my first look at the top of the fermentor. I found that there was a good about of hops that didn't settle out yet, and I had a little yeast still floating around. Looks like it got a good krousen at the peak of fermentation.
