Hello all- I have purchased about ten pounds of quinoa that I am planning on trying to malt for brewing in some batches. My question is how I go about estimating my OG for the purpose of building a recipe. Can anyone point me In a direction or have a number that I can plug into hopvilles calculator. I will be using quinoa and sorghum as a malt base w toasted buckwheat and some candi added in. Thanks
