Anyone know anything about M2 yeast from Lallemand? (?)
I can’t find anything but that it exists!
Could Mangrove Jack’s Cider Yeast M02 be a “it’s the “same thing” kind of substitute?

It's a fairly neutral all-rounder wine cerevisiae from Stellenbosch, originally culture M182. See the datasheet and website.

No, it's very unlikely that it's the same as the Mangrove Jack cider yeast, but without definitive proof either way one can't rule it out entirely. But it's very unlikely.
