Best way to connect blichmann beer gun to a 1.5" TC unitank racking port.

The beer gun uses a 3/16" beer line with a 1/4" swivel attached to the end.

I guess one approach would be to add a TC to NPT adapter and then attach a NPT to flare adapter to that. Can't find a proper 3/16" barb for 1.5" TC.

Tri-clamp to flare: this would do it.

tri-clamp to flare, or tri-clamp to barb, or triclamp to npt to flare. I guess you could also go from triclamp to npt to barb but that feels even grosser.

I use that one from my unitank to a 3/8 duotight fitting to evabarrier to Bouncer Pro when kegging. Love it.

So lets say to avoid paying for shipping I used a two piece solution (I know, dumb to use TC and then screw something into it), does that mean I would have to unscrew the NPT part every time and soak it in alk to avoid buildup of organic material, or is it enough to soak the entire assembly in alk like spike suggests for their gas posts on the PRV and the carb stone.

To avoid shipping, get some ingredients instead of two parts. Yes, threads can trap and hide gunk.

I wonder if you should disassemble the carb stone too in that case, or does liquid not actually touch the gas post on a carb stone?

Well, it's probably preventable. Depending on how you use it. I don't use a carb stone - maybe check out this lengthy thread.
