This brewery was originally a propane set up but I live in Houston and its hot! I still have the propane stand - it is big and has wired outlets for pumps and a high pressure regulator for really strong heat. I ended up building this out with a BCS460 control panel and mostly followed the plans from the electric brewery on the kettles etc.
The pots are 100 Quart / 26 Gallon. The HLT has a herms coil in it if you chose to go that route or you can use the Rims tube if you prefer that direction. Jbird false bottom in the mash tun and hop stopper in the kettle. Both the Kettle and the HLT have 5500 W elements and the main panel is 50A so you can do back to back batches. The stand is really big and barely fits in the bed of a full size truck. The stand is a little rusty and the wheels have some tread issues due to being outside but you could easily replace that. Pumps and table not included - $1,300. For 300 extra I'll throw in 2 Blichmann riptides and if you want the table - I'll sell that for $100.
