    Keg Question

    So the SWMBO has given me the OK to buy some kegs for our wedding and I am brewing all the beer for it. Not sure if this is even possible so thought I would ask. If I force carb the beer then if the keg doesnt get cashed at the wedding can I turn off the cO2 and re-carb when I get back home?

    0 carb in my beers

    I made a ESB and a Nut Brown ale and didnt use enough dextrose so they have 0 carb now. They have been sitting at 70 degrees for 2 months and no progress has happened. Can I open them and try to either a) add some more dextrose or b) add more yeast?
