I have a blue corn Balcones barrel I got last November. Had run a 9% Stout for 2 months then a 14% quad for 4 months. Both turned out great. I have a 7% porter in there now and was planning on leaving for another month or so. Trying to figure out what to do with the barrel when the porter comes...

Already got the grains and yeast is on the stir plate. Wondering if I should augment with some corn. Was thinking the 6 row woudl give some corniness.

Resurrecting thread. Paid $55 out the door for a 20lb CO2 tank full of beer gas (tanks swap) at Airgas in Lewisville.

Went by today and confirm the $20 for single tank. I brought a 5lb and 20 lb so got "regular" pricing which has gone up New pricing if you are not subject to single tank fills: 5# is $12.50 plus tax 20# is $25 plus tax
