    Beginner's Temp Controller?

I have a stc-100 that I wired up myself with a tutorial on here. It was really pretty easy and only required one redo to get it to work right. I printed and laminated a C to F conversion chart and posted by my keezer. It was rewarding and fun to do.

    Suggestions for a Burner

Can't say much except that I went from a cheap turkey fryer burner to a Blichman. This resulted in boil time reduction from about 45-50 minutes down to about 25 minutes. I would imagine other quality burners would also work well.

    Options for Immersion Chiller Inlet

Those kind of faucets have a little adapter wrench that allows you to remove the aerator. I saved mine from doing the install myself. There has to be somewhere to get one or to do a work around. Don't give up on the idea. Might be able to look up on manufacturers website.

New to Home Brewing with questions

I typically place my bottling bucket up on my workbench to bottle with. So I just use a short (2-3 inch) piece of the hose to connect the bottling bucket spigot to to the bottling wand. This way you move the bottle to the bucket and don't need a long second hose. I cut the short section off...

Which potentiometer do I need for a stir plate?

I don't know that this is relevant to your question or not but in of the builds I saw he specified a 25 ohm one. Is that what you were asking for? I can try to find a link if that would help.
