    Macadamia Honey

    Anyone use this stuff? I have a couple of gallons going at 1.125 OG. It's a really nice honey, quite dark (nearly buckwheat darkness) but not quite as earthy/molasses like. More floral and a touch nutty with hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
