Nicely done, and welcome back to brewing! Bitter is easily one of my favorite beer styles to brew and gets to often passed over.

We use this for my son, but make it 1 part extract to 5 parts water as the stock recipe was just way to sweet for our tastes.

I do a little bit of lo-fi from time to time, and maintain a travel-able batch sparge system that I brew with occaisionally, especially if my family is hanging outside and I don't want to spend the whole day away from them in the basement brewery. I like them both.

@day_trippr - good thought, I went to both a local hardware store (nothing small enough) and an electronics store but the component seems pretty specific, I'll have to look at the specifications on the meter to see if they say what it is. Yeah, did that, nothing they had was small enough

I'm sure that helps a bunch, seems to be no good and cheap way to elevate conical fermenters, legs extensions are expensive, most tables are too high for my liking, I'll have to explore at my local lowes to see if this is an option
